At any time our personal, professional, and creative growth is vital to our development and well-being and, up to now, there has not been a place for women to gather for this purpose. As a seasoned professional with over 20 years’ experience, being in a supportive environment is more important than ever. And so, Last Fall, I was compelled to launch a new concept to the industry – a mastermind called The Creative Circle Forum.

Some of the great titans in business began the mastermind concept over 100 years ago. I am in two of my own. I am so committed to the group and know that you will be, too. One participant said, “I am excited to be in a community with women who will push me forward and support me along the way.”

If you are a professional woman in hospitality, events, travel, exhibitions, with over 20+ years’ experience and would like to be a part of a community of like-minded businesswomen to invest time to do some creative inner work for outward results, to grow in a trusted community, to build your network, then you believe in the power of the mastermind. Masterminds are a new concept to hospitality and the risk of vulnerability and willingness to expose yourself is an advantage or risk, however you choose to perceive it.

Creativity is the ability to think of solutions; to be aware; to explore new options. In Maslow’s Hierarchy, creativity is at the top of the pyramid just short of the pinnacle of “Self-Actualization.”
